Well i worked out at Nautilus 4 nights a week when i was in my 30s and 40s And MY abs never looked like those ! lol But i like WOMEN ! so.... Hey Dodo i got a few duffel bags and some baseball bats ? ahhh i was there trying to train my son and build him up
for UFC fighting... He had the chest of Dustin Diamond and needed the workout equipment He fizzled out on me although he built a good set of legs and arm structure hehehe and then i had some internal problems a couple three surgeries... just lost my membership and got away from it by the time i healed NO BRAG...JUST FACT {Won't catch ME Whining}
