what if you fall in love with a girl but you are far to her... What is the best way to show how much you love her?? the first thing you will do to prove it

and if you are a girl what you want your man to do when you are in a long distance relationship ?

Old fashion letter writing is the best way and it is more personal in your own hand writing and you can add little drawings like hearts and that and also you can include little gifts in the envelope and it would be like getting a little present each week off the person you love....

There should be mutual sacrifices to make a long distance relationship last. The communication must be constant, understanding, trust and loyalty. Also share moments together by online chatting and doing the same things even your far. Constant sharing of thoughts and plans for the future. It is not easy but I'm sure it will work. :)

Make a date to meet. Then one of you move if it looks promising. Can't tell nothing in a ldr.

I'd be sure to meet before planning to move... moving solely for the idea of a relationship with someone you've never been face-to-face with is a surefire way to put way too much pressure on the relationship and the people involved.

If someone said they were going to move to where I was to start a relationship with me... and we'd never met in person... I don't know for sure but I think I'd be nervous about that. I'd rather meet in person, see if the chemistry really worked in person, and then if it did, we could begin making plans for a future together in the same place. But I'd want to take it slow.

Kind of the same way I'd probably react badly to a guy who proposed marriage on our first date... and yes, that did happen to me once. Freaked me right out, it did.

So my advice to anyone involved in or contemplating a long-distance relationship is to take it slow.

I think you have to meet & date a while before falling in Love. People click & want to get together but I guess it's possibe.. Then you decide who goes where or just find a new place to go together. If 2 people want to be together bad enough, they will find a way to make it happen:smile:

My relationship with my now ex-husband began as an LDR. We lived at opposite ends of the same state, and met at a convention for an organization to which we both belonged. Formed a friendship, saw each other every couple of months or so for a year or two, and participated on an online forum together. Progressed to dating when I was living in the middle of the state, so we were about two hours' drive apart then. Once things looked promising, we had the "who moves?" conversation, and since he lived in his hometown where he had plenty of family and other connections... and I didn't... I was the one who moved.

But we'd had time to get to know each other. It would've been a LOT more difficult if there'd been greater distance involved.

Write to her everyday. And Send her a letter from far away. Very romantic, thats how lovers kept in touch. In the old days.

obvious..communication is the bridge to tackle the situation.
Mind it, there is big difference between intention & action.
Communication through pray, may please to god but in reality it needs lot more so in practical it is simply a thought.

...true?, in old days there was no proper means for communication nor there was any system of mutual matching.
Loving to some one is a kind of thirst needs to be together in personal not through proxy.
---love needs ground, living in dreams may be a optimistic attitude but ...............ITS NEVER WRONG IF YOU FEEL ITS JUSTIFY TO TIMELY NEED BUT IT COULD BE LONG LASTING IF & IF,only if there are way to go together.

Let her beat me in any online games we play together. If that is not love, I don't know what is. Also I tend to do a lot of song swapping, I enjoy that immensely.

Other than that, just talk and listen to her and write to her. As others have said, set up a time to travel and meet eventually then go from there.

Love does not begin and end the way we seem to think it does. Love is a battle, love is a war; love is a growing up.
