What a joke! It couldn't be written any more clearly, but if he thinks "only lawyers" should have the power to decide what it says, and we allow it......

Remember... it was a Bush lawyer who stated "enhanced interrogation" and indefinite detention was ok, and Obozos' lawyers who are continuing those actions on a greater scale than ever, along with NSA spying on ALL Americans as the enemy, arming Al Queda terrorists, Benghazi, IRS persecutions, the ACA mandates, and taking more and more of of "NATURAL" rights every day by their interpretations, even to the point of kill lists and the killing of American citizens including a 17 year old boy charged with NO crime .....

but the bottom line is.... the part of that which they completely omit.... The Constitution starts "WE THE PEOPLE", NOT I the President, or we the congress....

The Constitution is not theirs to decipher.... but to PROTECT AND DEFEND!

Torture just sounds so violent.

Enhanced interrogation sounds almost entrancing, don't ya think?
