i think they are but i dont have a dog and i dont wanna spend alot of money they are annoying lil ****s and no matter what room i go into they are there i cant eat with out them being on the food..even hear at the computer im swatting them away

Is your house humid?
Dry it out...place a heater in the rooms you aren't in..one room at a time, shut the door, while you heat it up, then, after. Open all the doors and windows during the day...SUNLIGHT! At night, after everyone is sleeping, or chilled out, keep your lights out, except for the outside one. For right now? Burn citronella oil in an oil burner, or incense..even mozzie coils work. hope this helps a little.

I think if you put a pan of cider vinegar out with some dish soap in it ,they will go to the vinegar and get stuck in the dish soap and drown.
