ouch joyce and i thought you were so nice lol and there is a point to this if this is a dating site then why so few people getting dates and why so many of the same people in the forums.

when (guys and girls) on here put up a question like this it makes me cringe. cause see I could not and would not give you a straight answer. cause I don't know you. now if I talked with ya for awhile one on one and found you to be ok then I could say I might be interested but not to say in a specfic way cause when and if I meet you there could be no chemistry. Then sometimes people will then be felt to have been lend on and that causes ill feelings. of course if it happens that there is chemistry then that would be a time to discuss moving but only after being certain that there is absoluetly something to move for. did I confuse you?

no you didnt confuse me and that is kinda of the point i mean as far as meeting online friends this is great. but a real friend is someone you meet in person. So i guess the real question should be is an online dating service really just a waste of time.wouldnt it be better to be out more active in your comunity than online. then you might actually meet someone that is real that you can start dating. its just a question. would like to hear different points of views on this

I really would prefer dating a friend. cause if there is enough compatablity for friendship then all ya need is some chemistry.
I dated friends. Always a friend first cause sooner or later you want your mate to be your best friend so why not start that way. I have seen sooo many that start with the instant flame of lust and it die sooooo fast. I find on the dating sites it is easy to find friends and could be very possible to find a mate thru this process.
