You'd think that after winning a nasty court battle Thursday morning and seeing his stalker get convicted and put in the slammer for six months, Alec Baldwin might be in a slightly better mood.

Nope.

In a video posted on TMZ, Alec Baldwin goes after two paparazzi he says are too close to his wife and child, calling one what sounds like "c**ksucking f*g."

His outburst comes five months after he had to apologize for using homophobic slurs to violently threaten a British reporter who said his wife Hilaria Thomas had tweeted about wedding presents and TV appearances during James Gandolfini's funeral.

"If put my foot up your f**king ***, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much," one of Baldwin's tweet read.

"I'm gonna find you George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I'm gonna f**k you... up," he added.

Later Baldwin wrote the following apology to the the gay rights group GLAAD:

"My ill-advised attack on George Stark...had absolutely nothing to do with issues of anyone's sexual orientation. My anger was directed at Mr. Stark for blatantly lying and disseminating libelous information about my wife and her conduct at our friend's funeral service. As someone who fights against homophobia, I apologize."

Baldwin is no stranger to public tirades. He was thrown off an airplane in 2011 for refusing to turn his phone off while playing Words With Friends. And following a February altercation with a newspaper photographer, Baldwin reportedly made racist remarks, calling him a "coon" and a "crackhead."

“He was saying some serious racist stuff,” New York Post photographer G.N. Miller said at the time. “He said some choice words about my mother, and he was telling people in the street that I’m a drug dealer."

He also left a demeaning message on his daughter's answering machine calling her a "pig," a message that was later made public.

Meh...I don't mind Alec, but he's kinda dull, and his antics are kinda pass�. He should take lessons from an up & coming talent in Canada named Rob Ford.

I'd like to somehow make Rob the Prime Minister of Canada. I like the guy for his moxy. There is no doubt that he'd make a far better prime minister than the dolt in office now!...Rob may be almost as crooked, but at least he's honest about it (finally)...He also has tons of charisma. How can anyone help but like the guy and wish him every success?

There's gotta be some truth to his comment's because he keeps using the same anti gay and racial slurs over and over again (and people say Republicans are the anti gay racist ones when the Libbos are the first to attack using anti gay and racial slurs).

I can't speak for Alec, but back in my vengeful/vindictive days, if I had an adversary that I was mad at, I made a quick study of him and looked for weakness based on some dichotomy between his words and actions (hypocrisy/inauthenticity), and attack where it hurt most. I don't know either Alec or his adversary, but it may well be that Alec's mind works much like mine. It may well be that he truly doesn't dislike homosexuals, but sees in his hated adversary some latent homosexual tendencies that he'd rather hide from the world. If that is the case, Alec's vengeful words were intended to cut the guy to the quick.

With the exception of people who cause harm to others (like hypocritical politicians, bankers, "system" propagandists & such), I like to think I've grown past my base tendencies. Alec seems like a smart fella. I have little doubt that one day he will too.
