How do you avoid the hairball in the throat that eating cats will eventually cause?
Only a Melmacian who is desperate for food will eat a cat that still has its fur. Some Melmacians prefer to skin a cat before eating it, and there is more than one way to skin a cat. Technique #2 is the one that I prefer. Back on planet Melmac, the wealthiest Melmacians purchased the the automatic cat peeler. Skinning a cat is time-consuming, and the cat's skin helps to give the cat flavor. So, it is typical for surviving Melmacians to simply shave cats before eating them. Now, a Melmacian can shave a cat using an Earth-made device made for that purpose ... 
... but doing so takes time. When possible, I prefer to use a device manufactured by the natives of planet Sylbia.

FAQ: How does a Melmacian week compare to an Earth week?
A week on planet Melmac was similar to a week on planet Earth. Here are the days of a Melmacian week. Day 1: Some Day - This day gets it's name from a song in the Melmacian movie Frost Pale and the Short Septuplets, in which the lead character sings, "Some day I will make bail." Day 2: Moody - All Melmacians are moody on this day because they have to return to work or to school. Day 3: Toes Day - On this day, Melmacians do with their toes what they normally do with their fingers. Day 4: Hump Day - The day is named this so that Melmacians can say "Happy Hump Day" instead of "Happy Wednesday". Why? Because a happy Wednesday is the scariest thing in the Universe.

Day 5: Thirsty - On this day, all food is consumed in liquid form. So, if you play "Kittens in a Blender", then you set the blender to "pur�e". Day 6; Fried Day - On this day, all food is fried before being consumed. This day is beneficial to my cousin who owns a restaurant chain. 
Day 7: Sat-All-Day - On this day, Melmacians do everything from a sitting position. |
