Sorry, no can do! Wal-Mart is good to me and I'm just a customer! No company can fire you without proof of wrongdoing, sounds like you need a lawyer...

If its atate that is "employee at will" they can fire you with or without a reason. I know it sucks, but thats the way it is.

I'm sorry to hear. But if it were not for walmart i would not be able to make it with food along the month.

depends on the item or items stolen if it's worth the bother going to court to prosecute.. walmart will fire you for taking a piece of candy or a nickel you find on the floor around the registers.I worked for walmart myself years ago,

they said it was a security device that unlocks the the high priced items in eletronics ,and why would i want to steal that when they make it easy to steal all the money in the safe .i knew where the etra set of keys to the store was and also how to get to the safe and by pass all camras like flipping the breaker to th lp office which controls all the camras and stuff so they need to get a grip i have never in my life stolen one thing

I'd LOVE to boycott Wal-Mart for a week, unfortunately I can't cause I have to go to work. Crap, just my luck. Wish they'd wrongfully fire me, they've got real deep pockets.

If you feel that they have fired you on false pretenses, then I would definately get a lawyer. They have no right to do that unless they can prove that you stole something, or am I wrong about that???

grumble  grumble

Your work is cut out for you man,,A BOYCOT,,,,

Because YOU lost your job?? Sorry, that is a bit "MUCH",

How about the mother who lost her child because of the purchase

of a defected toy she bought there.??? THAT I might see.

But we can't get 5 people in the same union to agree, lol

Let a long a BOYCOTT, and then USE a reference of Martin Luther

King's MARCH????WTF...

THERE IS NO COMPARRISON to EQUALITY IN RACES, as to YOU losing your job,,,,SORRY, GET A LAWYER and be HAPPY with the MONEY he will WIN for YOU if YOUR RIGHT about WALMARTS WRONGFUL DISCHARGE
IS accurate......GOOD LUCK, but SORRY, our nation will still sleep.
