Not married.. Were separated and have joint custody of our 5 year old son ..living 45 minutes away from each other and he's about to start school in August.. Can't decide who gets him for school!

Personally, if everyone's cool with each other and the living situations that may come out of this decision, go for the place that's got the better school district.
