Dear Mingle Support

Let me first thank you for this great site. I joined recently after using few other sites and now mingle has become my stable site to find a match. You have got it right thank God. Now my concern is that I had shown in treat in a member and had exchanged winks then the next time I received another wink and I tried to view the profile which came up "deactivated" so I left it at that since it is a dead end according to your policy. But then yesterday I received an email which was titled you have a message and it turned out to be the member I was interested in which made me happy and so I proceeded to follow the link to view the message and I couldn't find any message, then I tried to view the member profile and it again came up "deactivated". Soy question is, if the member account is deactivated how is it possible that I get a message from them. I would be interested to really get I taugh with Theber so I am hopeful that this is deactivation is an error. Please let me know what is the advice. I don't want to share the profile name ID as you advices on the rules. Thank you again for all your help Cheers Bye.

Hmmmmm.
All that occurs to me is that the person from who you got an email,
RE-activated their account, sent the email, and then DE-activated
the account again.

That would explain it all :-)
