But this is all part of the problem, a lack of knowledge of the law and available remedies. This is just what the legal establishment wants, an ignorant public unable to defend itself. The victim needs to counterclaim and file civil suits against the officer, the district attorney and the judge, especially the judge. Oh by the way, no officer of the court will do this, meaning a lawyer. |
