Nixon's famous quote "When the President does it it's not illegal" set the standard for current interpretations much as the famous Clinton quote "I did not have sex with that woman" instilled a belief that oral sex was not sex to an entire younger generation. So..... let's do some comparisons to law under these defining moments of presidential history.. When is a law not a law? Apparently when it applies to govt!
