I can and it's a long story! **** @Lonely: Some people can't because of the shape of their teeth - try only with your tongue - it's easier when you are horse riding or herding cattle to have your hands free and not in your mouth - looks better too

That's exactly how I do it. I have an extremely thick, wide, and large tongue.
