If the Benghazi incident taught us anything our officials have far from ample protection in Libya and that is still the case today. |

If the Benghazi incident taught us anything our officials have far from ample protection in Libya and that is still the case today. I don't know where the "us" came from, you got a frog in your pocket? Personally I believe that if some supposed "official" were in Libya then they should be there at their own peril. Why should we waste the lives of our young people to defend some statist idiot that wants to go where they are not welcome or wanted. If they feel so intimidated to not go there alone, then perhaps they shouldn't go. As I traveled this vast world on business, I never has bodyguards to accompany me, I went alone. But then I never was there to overthrow or cause harm just for free trade, I had no gun. |

He had to go it would appear since the Benghazi investigation can't be squelched by the Dems best efforts in congress, and the new special committee has supeona power! |

don;t overestimate the suopena power. if he is Libyan we obviously could not supeona him. well we could but that's a joke. but still someone might be afraid he'd be captured & blab

This guy was Libyan, not American.... and had info on the attack. He had to go it would appear since the Benghazi investigation can't be squelched by the Dems best efforts in congress, and the new special committee has supeona power! But the big question, even with subpoena which is a writ to compel testimony, why is the compel part always ignored and all congress gets is the ole one finger salute, now hold it, still not the question. The question is just why the people feel compelled to believe congress has any authority to do anything other than pay the bills? |
