Afternoon, 2K... chicken, eh. Yum.
This evening I'll be grilling some pork chops with my homemade rub over mesquite. I've got a cool new salad kit with tons of veggies and a sesame/ginger dressing, gonna enhance with more veggies. Bought fresh Italian Pane from the bakery this morning and will make my infamous garlic bread. I have 2 lbs. of strawberries that I'm gonna dice real small and smother in whipped cream for dessert. Not gonna eat 'em all at one sitting, gotta save some for later.  Yep, I cook for myself on Father's day, since my fur-kids can't. |
