I wondered beacuse i love old music like the specials toots and mayans etc and all my friends listen to rap and grime and i hate it. it dosnt have any feel to it what do you music lovers think ?

I find that I like a lot of different stuff across many genres. Always keep an open mind and try different stuff.
For example: Try the band "Madness", since you like The Specials. Some of the newer harder rock stuff: Sick Puppies (gotta love their name) = Check out "Odd One" Halestorm = Lzzy is not only hot, but also shreds... try "Love Bites" and "Freak Like Me" Just a few suggestions. I am a musician, so my musical moods change quite often. |

I think it's completely fine. You like what you like. And actually, if you listen to music you're not interested in, then you'd only feel bored. I like very "cheesy" songs, and I listen to them when alone. As I know some of my friends would only laugh at them. Heh.

Yer stan i like madhouse :-) and are check out the suggests thankyou and shy emo if i was you i wouldnt worry about if people hear it or not i dont lol but you do get some of your friends giving you weird looks but just say this is what i like nothing wrong with being a bit diffrent if everyone was the same the world would be a boring place :-) and mikey thats good too hear keep on listening to the old stuff sits so much better
