I have 18 emails in my account and when I try to open the mail account I always get an ad from another provider with no option to delete the email and view the other emails. I have tried to change my settings as you indicate on your help section for unwanted emails, but the options you provide in the help sections do not come up...only options are to block drinkers/smokers etc. but not other options. What do I do?

Welcome, Ecurbb. I just logged into your account (only admins can do this) and I see that you currently have one mail thread. Did you figure out how to delete mail?
