I've created my profile and am trying to answer emails buy it keeps telling me to enter a code. Which I've requested to be resent a few times. I'm not getting it. I am getting my messages alerts though. I'm using an old email address that I'm never on because the one I tried to sign up with says "email address already in use" which isn't possible. HELP PLEASE!!!!

HELP PLEASE!!!! Once an email address has been used, it is forever linked to that username. I am guessing that your new username is showing the old usernames email. Your new username will require a new email address. As for email verification, that sounds like you need to do this: Send an email as directed below: "For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address: m2.support@nextc.com Give your message "verification" for its title." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com with "verification" as the subject. They will take it from there :-) |
