Why is it that the site is asking me to complete sign up by entering a verification code when i have already been on the site and used it for years, however when i click send verification code i get nothing in my e-mail folders nothing in inbox or spam

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:

and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :-)
