Sent a message to someone and the message I sent came to my inbox why is that? What does that mean?

During the recent upgrade of the system (to stop scammers)
they now offer one continuous email history between 2 people, rather than a 'Sent' page. So, if/when someone replies to your email, it will tack right up under the email you sent them. Only now you can see it all on one page :-) |

Maybe this is offtopic. But i just got here today. And then
i got a chat message from a lady. And when i checked her profile then i noticed that she was no longer registered on this website. Maybe it was a "ghost account " or something ? :D |
