what is this 'racially motivated' thing coming from?

but to answer your question, it would have been harder to get sympathy for the shooting of the smaller 'Johnson', plus the smaller Johnson stopped and HID,, instead of standing and facing the officer,,,,

Your right, Johnson hid and Brown faced and attacked the officer.

the struggle before trying to get away is common throughout witness accounts

whether it started with the officer trying to restrain the suspects and ended with a struggle and attempt to escape

OR

whether it started with the officer being blindsided and attacked before the suspects attempted to get away

IS IN DEBATE

this 'attack' AFTER the suspects were trying to flee, is alleged, unproven, and makes no sense

some 'witnesses' are claiming it happened, but some 'witnesses' are saying it didn't,,,,,

good luck with a law suit against Piaget Brewster,, though Im sure they will try hard to SEARCH for some past dirt on her to try to discredit what she witnessed,,,,

a woman with no long term ties to the community or the deceased, having lived there less than a month

a woman that was on her way to a JOB when it happened,,,

there are more witnesses than the one being discredited as a previous liar/theif,,,,,,it will ALL be looked at with evidence for what might not be such a 'slam dunk' case

Is she white or black?

lol,, wow,,, does that matter?

the majority who live there are black

and so is she

That's all the defense attorney needs. He\she will try to prove she made her police statement (after talking with the other witnesses getting their stories straight while waiting to be interviewed) because she has had some history of racism or a bad experience with law enforcement in her past. Not to mention many people heard the police questioning Johnson at the scene, he was the first to be questioned and could have easily just took his version of events.

The evidence backing the officer is overwhelming. Especially the video of the two witnesses who told the police Brown had his hands up and was backing up when the cop shot, who were heard on video before that talking about how Brown was beating the hell out of the cop. laugh

If Brown was trying to flee the bullets would have entered from the back, but they entered from the front, which proves that no way was Brown trying to run.

wrong again LP, her video and comments were made SECONDS after the shooting, before she talked to anyone, while she was still looking out her window , before anyone was questioned, (besides the officer who you can see explaining something to another officer across the street from her window and next to Browns body)

and another 'witness' was tweeting at the TIME of the shooting, before speaking to any of the other witnesses or hearing anyone be questioned

they wont be able to railroad and belittle witnesses here like they did in the Treyvon Zimmerman case,,,,

if he wasn't trying to flee , he wouldn't have been found so far from the car, and the account wouldn't have said on all sides that he ran away,,,lol

all the bullets prove is that when he was HIT with the six bullets, he was facing forward,,,,except for one graze on his arm that could happen before he turned,,,
