Is there any way to see who I have nudged? I haven't found anything under the Nudge tab that lets me remind me.

Also, can others see if I've blocked them?

There is no listing to see who you have nudged (only the one
showing who has Nudged you.)

However, you can go to a profile, tab clear to the bottom left,
and it will show the history between the 2 of you, including
Nudges I believe.

Your 'Recent Activity' will also show any Nudges you have made,
it is about 50 events long, or backward in time. Attrition
moves it along, and off the page.

No one can tell you have them Blocked, other than you do not
seem to reply to their mail :-)
