I have started eating all natural organic foods, do not eat after 7 pm, do use caffiene in my diet and have reduced dairy products. I added superfruits and started drinking Renew vitamins drinks and I feel wonderful. I have incorporated aloe, herbal teas. I started making my own organic muscle creams. Tell me what you have done to improve things for you.

Im not on any strict diet but i workout viguorously and play rugby....i wouldn't advise anyone to take any things like engineered nutrition supplements or anything like that....be completely natural and still be the best you can be....above all excercise hard

Oh are talking about the vitamin drink? Its all natural and organic not engineered and recommended by Dr. Oz and Chris Powell. I do exercise but when I blew out my ACL and started having major muscle spasms it made that difficult so I adjusted my nutritional diet and am able to exercise again without traumatizing my body any further as I had previously. I did exercise and rehabilitate myself back to being able to exercise further again. I really enjoy the equipment at Northside Park in my area it is wonderful.

For torn ligaments and bone issues you need to eat foods grown in sandy soil that have silica in them spinach, lettuce, horsetail herb or go to health food store and buy brand name Silacea to help rebuild these parts in body. Gelatin also is used by the body to strengthen, bones, ligaments, teeth and nails, and hair. For hair I would recommend BLACK STRAP MOLLASSES not the cooking molasses as it has been stripped of the minerals needed. If you are diabetic I would not recommend it.

i've dealt with type 1 diabetes for 30 years now and i eat Black Strap Mollasses.i wouldn't recommend eating alot of it at one time but a few teaspoons won't hurt.

personally i don't eat much of it because it tastes like Black Liquorish and i can't stand the taste

Losing weight and getting fit is possible at any age.
When my wife died I weighed over 340 pounds. I've lost 160 pounds and all the health problems that went along with it.
I've been keeping it off going on 5 years now.
No diet, no doctors, no pills, no exercise, no calorie counting.
If I can do it at my age anyone can.
Now I'm looking for someone to share my life with.

I went all organic a few years ago. No soda, lots of clean water and supplements. I feel great. I still don't eat meat, gave that up long ago. I feel and look better at 54 than i did at 34.

And hello Sea waving
