![]() ![]() another wishing argument for argument sake,,, oh well when I speak about WOMEN, I am under the impression that I am included in that group when I speak about Americans, I am in that group too when I speak of 'the people',, ITs a historical reference that also refers to americans,, of which I am included to debate pronouns is more an exercise in futility than philosophical enlightenment,,, |

Thanks for your sincere honesty about what actually matters to you.

actually, the way one use pronouns, divulges the true essence of one self.
and show's who pretends to care, for the love of something to debate as entertainment. The wheels one prosper with it's own defense will always run over one self if one has prospered the wheels of injustice and uncaring. |

yes,,and the way people use a multitude of words to say very little also says a lot about the 'true essence' of ones own sense of superiority
Im just a flawed human,,, I suppose I wasn't taught the proper pronouns with which to show my 'essence',,lol cause all the while I though it was how people carry themselves and treat others less fortunate that was indicative of their 'essence' grammar school teachers and English professors the world over would be so flattered to learn of their superior 'essence' |

They are distinct and separate and as George Carlin was so apt to say; "It's a club and you aren't in it." "The people" club that is. |

yes,,and the way people use a multitude of words to say very little also says a lot about the 'true essence' of ones own sense of superiority Im just a flawed human,,, I suppose I wasn't taught the proper pronouns with which to show my 'essence',,lol cause all the while I though it was how people carry themselves and treat others less fortunate that was indicative of their 'essence' grammar school teachers and English professors the world over would be so flattered to learn of their superior 'essence' I would agree with that. A whole lot of words, all with the very same essence, not in alignment with the words. And just what would leave you to believe that teachers and professors understand any better than what is portrayed in your writings? And "superior", why yes I am, but not in any "essence" that you imply. I am a sovereign, a king, standing not as a master to anyone but myself, but standing as a slave to no one or anything. And as to others, I care not, it is their choice to stand up or bow down. The major problem in this world is by those that chose to bow down and somehow believe that all others should bow with them. They cheer when those that stand get knocked down and boo when those knocked down stand again. I am for doing good to the poor, but...I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer. ― Benjamin Franklin |
