Thanks to all for your advice. It is well appreciated. Hillfolk, I appreciate all of what you said and will take it to heart. Unsure, I appreciate your advice as well, and yes I could stay away from the computer, but it is the one place I can share my poems and things I write to all who enjoy reading it. It is my therapy so to speak. With this site, it has become therapy. Once again thanks to all.

I feel terible for anyone going through an addiction at any stage, and I hope the best for them and their families.

If I, as a recovering addict, had to choose the worst addiction, I would have to choose codependancy. Chemical addictions are hard to treat, but the public is aware of the drug problem. Codependancy? Good luck finding support and not a crutch. Right after that comes alcohol, because it's a legal addiction, and our legal system won't touch it until someone gets behind the wheel.
