Oh baby if you only knew How you are among those few That impulse every string to my heart Am I too straight forward? I think of Paris by night And know it’ll be right My senses fly like wild birds You are a puppeteer of words Awaking a marionette to dance and to pirouette twirling my mind around How can I not be astound ? I know you like to be in charge And may I say at large… From being a distraction Now my mine attraction There might be some potential If we keep in sight the essential That spark, that fire that you lit Oh please, please do not quit Maintain it warm and fizzling And when the stars are twinkling I’ll wish for our Paris by night Cause we both know it will be right Truth is; I want so much more A lot of things I’m hoping for I know I will blossom like a flower When we will kiss under the Eiffel Tower As time passes please keep in sight Our personal Paris by night
