You merely attempt to LogIn, it will tell you your account
is deactivated and to click to reactivate it.

Can we gather that it is an account other than the one you
are asking this query from?

As you seem to be logged in just fine :-)

Goodness, I think I only have this one account. When I first get to Mingle homepage, it says my account is deactivated, but as you can see, I can still use it....however, when I try to upgrade, it will not let me (says "unable to process transaction; error" configuration with processor is invalid; call merchant service provider." Yikes! Don't know if I am able to all functions at the site however. Maybe I should fiddle around a little more to see what's up?

My apologies for the confusion, prettybrainy, but credit card payments are not working for the time being. PayPal is still working if you'd like to upgrade, though, and there is a credit card option through that service.

Whew...thanks, I'll try that! Also, when I logged in a few minutes ago, got a message that my account is deactivated, but I seem to be able to use it. Think I might have deactivated it maybe in November, but don't remember. If one deactivates his/her account, how can it be reactivated?

Your account here you posted under is working just fine and activated.
The email you show is NOT associated with that account.
Nor is it a valid username as addresses are NOT allowed.
