I had an account on here, got an email the other day and tried to reply to it today. It keeps saying I can't because I don't meet the gentlemans criteria.. But I do. Then I just got another email and I can't reply to him either, his age criteria is between 20-99 I definetly fit in there as well. I also can't complete my profile info .

Not being able to complete your profile info is probably why it's not letting you contact him. If he has any other criteria, like "Must be within 50 miles", or "must have a picture", then it won't let you contact him until you can fill in that information ("correctly").
