Topic: can�t open mail from a certain user

Hi all, a user keeps sending me messages which I can�t open. Mingle tells me "page not found" and offers me to go to the homepage instead. What�s wrong? Bug or feature? Thanks!

They are working on things today, that might be an issue. Have you tried again? Are you using a mobile device?

Thank you for your answer! No, I�m online with a very normal stationary PC. And yes, it still doesn�t work, and its only always the same user.
