The fact that two earthquakes, for example, happened on the same day of the year means nothing. Earthquakes happen in the hundreds every day.

Earthquakes are caused by plate tectonics. This field of science is well established and has as the root cause convection currents of magma under the Earth's crust. There is almost an infinite amount of verified science to back it up.

The Sun itself is only powerhouse of the system. I dispute & disprove that it has any gravitational influence on its planets. The motion of planets is a result Sun's light, like how a radiometer functions. If I am right and I'm sure I am, then there goes the theory of Reletivity.

huh... i guess the trillions of tons of force from the suns gravity that holds the earth/planets in place has nothing to do with it...

The Sun, just like the Moon, exerts tidal forces on the Earth, but they are fairly evenly distributed and are small compared to the local forces of the buildup of stress in the rock from tectonic movement.

Could it sometimes be the straw that broke the camel's back? Maybe. Is it a significant cause of stress in the Earth's crust. Highly unlikely.
