Sitting here a few minutes ago, heard a song.
Thought of Gwen & started crying.
10 years & it still happens, always will.
How many know what I mean?
God when the hurt comes back...

i'll have that everyday for the rest of my life even if i ever get involved with someone again :) the wondrous thing i think is that i get to keep her in my heart.

we all get to meet tons of soulmates... but only a small blessed percentage of us get to be gifted our perfect rib and perfect fit :)

my complete empathy to you oldsage...

I lost someone very dear to me to suicide about 5 years ago. "How do you get that lonely" by Blaine Larson brings tears every time.

i cant hear the song ".45" without crying or atleast wanting to. it reminds me of two of my good friends who killed themselves within a week of each other.

When my baby tells me she loves me, I think of my mom. I wish I could do the same.

Missing someone you love is heart wrenching, but it's one of those things that we all must endure at sometime in our lives.
I've had to grab the on/off switch of a radio on many occassions. I have found that talking to women about my feelings really helps alot. A good intelligent and compassionate lady who is willing to listen and lend her advice is always the best medicine for me. Gotta love a womans wisdom and gentle approach when it come to heart felt issues. By the way, it's ok to cry, I do it alot myself lately...

Sage, I am sure many people can relate. There will be moments of pain and sorrow, but also moments where we can feel joy in spite of it.
God when the pain comes....

Indeed, He is there is you call on Him and for myself I can say He provides the grace, the love and the strength to endure.

It may seem strange to say that I can thank God for such suffering but I can because without that I have to wonder how does one know God, really know Him, how does one know how to really love and have true compassion for others, feel their pain the way Jesus does?

We can be thankful that we knew the loved one, we knew what it was to love and be loved, we can be thankful of children that may be the fruit of that love, we can be thankful for every moment of joy that was shared. We can even be thankful for the tears.

Suffering can brings out the noblest qualities of man: courage, strength, endurance, empathy, patience and compassion. We can treasure the things that really matter in life, and make a difference in the lives of others.

Britty well said hun.

Turn the pain into something positive. I've lost weight doing that in a healthy way by working out. If it's too much you can take to or Heaveanly Father.
