Amen sister Amazing how many seem to think its their God given right to lecture others on presumed sins I have four different versions of bible sitting on my book shelf if I want scriptural guidance?I know where to find it. I am an American woman. If you cannot handle my honesty and my independence and opinion?that issue is yours...not mine

I agree wholeheartedly. The issue is that the religion of these preachers instructs them to proselytize those not in that religion. It is going to be difficult to shut them up.

Normally, I don't even read the religious threads. Even when I post on it, I never read it in it's entirety.I would say what I have to say & I'm out. Now.. I just don't bother. But, I am hearing lots of complaints from women, & I don't blame them. Myself, I have blocked men, because I don't want to hear it. I don't want or need to be taught or told how I should live or believe by anyone. Especially a penis in my phone

Like I wrote, they believe that they're on a religious mission and that it is their duty to preach and convert others. All they are doing is making us hostile and belligerent by disrespecting our values. But they don't care because they have no respect for the beliefs of others.

We can't shut them up? Oh really? I can and I have shut them up. I am tired of them disrespecting women because they still have not evolved with modern times. It disgusts me.

True.. & lets be honest, many Faiths or secs have little respect or value women at all. And some of these guys wonder why they are alone.

People by nature tend to be ethnocentric tend to believe their own culture, beliefs,morals are the better Human nature but...would seem that coming on dating site spouting off chauvanistic remarks might be a bit counter productive

Sometimes annoying as hell, sometimes amusing. Because it is a control issue or an ego one that assumes we care or that they will have an influence or impact in our thought process or behavior .
