Age is more a state of mind Hon and how you approach it and live it,i try to be as active and outgoing as possible.The trick is not letting anything beat you.I get up every morning glad to have another day and i make the most of it.Enjoy your life Hon its to short not to.

I believe we aren't totally incontrol of how we age. That is DNA...And our lifestyles, and frankly I have earned each one of my wrinkles.. My heat will never grow old and wrinkly but my body will.. I also have to agree if you are going to be in forums.. Migh want to change the filters. Since we forum users tend to get chatty off boards from time to time. Yes it can be a pain in the but with all the junk emails. |
