I am not a person who writes complaints but after being very patient and not getting a reply to my 3 polite messages, the staff never helped me with regards to deleting my profile. Even Facebook replies and allows you this legal right. An absolute disgrace that I now have to deactivate with my information left on their system. I have never come across such a service - never replying to emails and not allowing rights to privacy.

Please understand the site does not deactivate it for you. You must do this yourself~~~~ You can only Deactivate not Delete your account. Once it is deactivated no one can see your profile!


HOW DO I DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
You would go here to deactivate your profile:

You may want to go here first, to stop emails:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings

And to: http://mingle2.com/user/edit_photos
to remove your photos (optional..you may want
to leave them in case you return :-)

If you have no intentions of activating your account again, I would take all the information off of it before you deactivate.
