I say Op if it is ok with those that want to see you ... then up to them ... and if you are thinking about marriage again then I guess you will have to pay for the divorce papers ... I have a friend that is going through something like this ... and why the lawyers did not finish her divorce papers and where given $ to do so ... is beyond me ... and seems like a ripoff... not sure ... but I find it really strange they do that as separate papers ... which you would think would be included ...
