From November: Crime expert releases SHOCKING new statistics about black men killed by cops Written by Michele Hickford, Editor-in-Chief on November 7, 2015 This will no doubt send a giant shiver down the backs of every supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement. As The New York Post reports, according to what you’re hearing from activists, “bloodthirsty, racist cops are blasting black men like clay pigeons at a shooting range. The pace of this alleged slaughter is breathtaking. “Every 28 hours, a black person is murdered by police,” Black Lives Matter activist Cherno Biko told Fox News Channel’s Megyn Kelly. “It feels like we’re in a war.” If true, killer cops are rubbing out some 313 innocent, law-abiding blacks annually. Rise Up October asserts that there are “over 1,000 people a year killed by police.” Except it’s not true, by a long shot. University of Toledo criminologist Dr. Richard R. Johnson examined the latest data from the FBI and Centers for Disease Control. From 2003 through 2012, law-enforcement officers killed an average of 429 people per year in “legal interventions.” These include a relatively small number of innocent people killed by cops and many more who died due to reasonable use of force. But the biggest problem black men face is that their black lives don’t matter to other black men. On average, 4,472 black men were killed by other black men annually between Jan. 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2012, according to the FBI’s Supplementary Homicide Reports. Using FBI and CDC statistics, Professor Johnson calculates that 112 black men, on average, suffered both justified and unjustified police-involved deaths annually during this period. This equals 2.5 percent of these 4,472 yearly deaths. For every black man — criminal or innocent — killed by a cop, 40 black men were murdered by other black men. The, at most, 2.5 percent of the problem generates relentless rage. And, yet, it is rude-to-racist to mention 97.5 percent of the problem. The notion that America’s cops simply are gunning down innocent black people is one of today’s biggest and deadliest lies”. But as black conservative, radio host, humorist and author Kevin Jackson points out in his new book, Race Pimping: The Multi-Trillion Dollar Business of Liberalism, it’s not only a big lie, it’s a very, very profitable one. Race pimping has cost America TRILLIONS of dollars, because there’s big money in race guilt. Politicians line their pockets and those of family and friends, while delivering little to nothing to their constituents or the community at large. Jackson says, “At the time I wrote this book, I had no idea that the ridiculousness of Ferguson would have occurred, and morphed into the racist and equally idiotic movement, #BlackLivesMatter. In the book I humorously chronicle what happens every time somebody black feels “oppressed,” yet how often black people are the OPPRESSORS. The latter is generally ignored, and when it’s not, a plethora of excuses are given for silly “coloreds.” So when I wrote the book, it was meant to shine the light on how much money is spent on the ignorance of liberalism in all aspects of society. Companies are extorted, education has become putrefied with liberalism, and then there is the pervasiveness of liberalism and its cost on society at large. The police are now afraid to what? POLICE! Michael Brown is a thug who has been elevated to the level of civil rights icon. That just about says it all!” But this is the crazy, mixed-up world in which we live, folks, where the liberal media has been able to drive false narratives. After all, as they say, if you repeat a lie often enough it becomes the truth. All we can do is change opinions one person at a time. So here’s a holiday gift idea: Why not give copies of Kevin’s book to your liberal friends for Christmas? You’ll either end up with even better friends, or they’ll cross you off their list for next year and you’ll save money! Tags: Black Lives Matter, Ferguson, Kevin Jackson, Michael Brown, racism [http://www.allenbwest.com/2015/11/crime-expert-releases-shocking-new-statistics-about-black-men-killed-by-cops/ ![]() gee,, might conservatives stop worrying about muslims if I pointed out how much more often americans are killed by americans? ![]() Possibly.... if we were unaware of their history..... ohhh so knowledge of history matters? perhaps it matters to BLM when dealing with the justice system too? making a piece on a decades worth of which numbers are higher,, kind of irrelevant? Knowledge of history matters for learning and education, to make better choices. These fools what to wear it like a meal ticket, like someone owes them a free lunch and if they don't get it they'll kill your business> That's just entitlement mentality, nasty, bitter extortion! Not trying to make it better by doing better Perhaps the Feds should educate them about RICO....... or Sharpie..... he knows all about it.... from personal experience! ![]() |

agree, knowledge of history makes for better choices
knowledge of how protests and boycotts helped to create the media and the support(global and national) to bring about changes to past systemically racist policies the better choice, than looting and kill first mentality, is using the law and rights given,, namely peaceful assembly and addressing grievances the difference between citizens 'doing better' and the government officials 'doing better' is the latter actually have certain contractual obligations for which they receive a salary,,, |

NATIONAL Black Lives Matter Minnesota Christmas Protests: Mall Of America Sues Activists To Stop Planned Demonstration On Season's Busiest Shopping Day BY AARON MORRISON @AARONLMORRISON ON 12/21/15 AT 12:20 PM Members of the group Black Lives Matter march to city hall during a protest in Minneapolis, Nov. 24, 2015. PHOTO: REUTERS/CRAIG LASSIG UPDATE: Wednesday, Dec. 23, 8:30 a.m. EST — A Black Lives Matter group in Minneapolis will move forward with a planned protest Wednesday that could disrupt the busiest shopping day of the holiday season at the Mall of America, the nation’s largest shopping mall. Officials at the mall in Bloomington, Minnesota, were granted a restraining order Tuesday that bars organizers of the protest from participating in the demonstration, the New York Times reported. A Minnesota judge said organizers Michael McDowell, Miski Noor and Kandace Montgomery can risk arrest and other legal action by taking part in the demonstration. However, the Mall of America’s lawsuit could not include Black Lives Matter, a national social justice movement against police brutality, because the group itself is not capable of being sued, said Judge Karen A. Janisch of Hennepin County, Minnesota. 3 alleged leaders are barred from going to MOA tomorrow, but there is no restraining order against the rest of attendees. #MOASueMeToo — Black Lives MPLS (@BlackLivesMpls) December 22, 2015 “The Court does not have a sufficient basis to issue an injunction as to Black Lives Matters [sic] or to unidentified persons who may be acting as its agents or in active concert with the Black Lives Matters movement,” Janisch wrote in her opinion, according to the Times. Minneapolis activists have planned the protest in response to the death of Jamar Clark, 24, who was unarmed when he was fatally shot by a city police officer Nov. 15. The local Black Lives Matter group said they are demanding release of video and 911 recordings related to Clark’s shooting, prosecution of the involved officers, and federal hate crimes charges against the white supremacists who shot at protesters last month. Original story: A Black Lives Matter group in Minneapolis said Monday it will not be intimidated by a lawsuit filed by the Mall of America against their activists ahead of a planned protest that could disrupt the busiest shopping day of the holiday season in the nation’s largest shopping mall. Members of the group, which planned to rally at the mall Wednesday to protest the death of Jamar Clark, a 24-year-old black man shot by Minneapolis police last month, received letters last Friday warning them that they could face arrest and other legal action if they proceeded with the demonstration, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. The Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, which boasts 2.5 million square foot of retail space and sees approximately 42 million visitors annually, sought a temporary restraining order against the activists to prevent Black Lives Matter from protesting. Mall officials also said they want activists to post a message on social media declaring the protest canceled, according to the lawsuit. Dear @mallofamerica stop this and try to stand on the right side of history this time. I stand with #BlackLivesMatter! #MOASueMeToo — Dylan T. Kesti (@DylanKesti) December 21, 2015 Mall of America chooses profits over right to assemble & racial justice, sues to support White Supremacy. #MOASueMeToo #BlackXmas — EM (@EvanSverige) December 21, 2015 In a statement released Monday, Black Lives Matter organizers said they had no plans to halt the demonstration unless police officials meet their demands in the Clark case, which include the public release of video showing the man’s shooting. The activists called the mall’s actions "an unprecedented attempt at halting a peaceful gathering," according to the Star Tribune. “If the motion is approved by a judge, activists could face jail time for refusing to make social media posts or send texts [canceling the protest] in accordance with the demands of a private corporation," read the statement from Black Lives Matter Minneapolis. The mall’s lawsuit is targeted at four supposed Black Lives Matter leaders and four “John Does,” activists said in the statement. Black Lives Matter protesters caused a temporary shutdown in part of the Mall of America on the Saturday before Christmas in 2014, according to local CBS affiliate WCCO-TV. Hundreds of protesters crowded under the mall’s rotunda and shouted, “no justice, no shopping,” “hands up, don’t shoot,” and “while you’re on your shopping spree, black people can’t breathe.” Those protests were in response to the previous summer’s fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner’s chokehold death in Staten Island, New York. Bloomington police arrested and ticketed about two dozen people for trespassing, failure to disperse or disorderly conduct, according to WCCO-TV. Organizers of the Mall of America protest said action on their demands by authorities could prompt them to call off their demonstration over Clark’s Nov. 15 shooting. Although police have said Clark was actively resisting arrest as police intervened in an assault that he was allegedly involved in, activists say he was not resisting and was lying on the ground handcuffed when he was shot. In addition to release of any police video and 911 recordings related to Clark’s shooting, activists have demanded appointment of a special prosecutor in the case, and federal terrorism charges against a group of white supremacists who shot at protesters during a Nov. 23 Black Lives Matter Minneapolis demonstration outside of a city police station. Protest planned for 1pm, MT
.....2 1/2 hour from now. ABC News Black Lives Matter Protest Planned Wednesday at Mall of America Updated: 12/23/2015 6:49 AM Created: 12/23/2015 5:16 AM KSTP.com Dave Aeikens Black Lives Matter says it plans to have a protest at the Mall of America Wednesday, two days before Christmas. The event would continue the protest of the Nov. 15 shooting death of Jamar Clark. Clark was killed during a scuffle with police. The mall's attempt this week to get a judge to shut down the protest failed. The judge did say three organizers were not allowed at the mall. Miski Noor, one of the organizers named in a temporary restraining order, said Tuesday that plans will move forward. "We're not going to be canceling the protest," Noor told reporters after the hearing in Hennepin County District Court. "Us not showing up and us not speaking would be the mall winning." The mall is scheduled to open at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The protest is planned for 1:30 p.m. A similar protest drew about 1,000 people Dec. 20, 2014. In that protest, about 1,000 people rallied inside the mall and a number of people were arrested and charged. No one was convicted. That rally was to protest the shooting death of a black man in Missouri. The mall does not allow protests and the judge's order did not give the protesters permission to protest at the mall. More arrests could happen Wednesday. A Minnetonka middle school canceled its planned concert at the mall ahead of the protests. The Associated Press contributed to this report. Mall of America Wednesday morning. Black Lives Matter could protest there today.
