Happy Birthday Daddy! Hope You and Mom are having a Heavenly Holiday. Miss you and will always remember you both with Love, Affection and Respect.

Merry Xmas Dad, I just drove down to FLA and stayed at your house with Pauline who I had never met and was treated like family. We visited your grave at the veterans cemetery which was truly beautiful, ate at your favorite restaurant, and talked about you for hours, we all miss you and when no one was looking I slipped our favorite football teams logo into your wreath in front of your stone, God Bless you and I will see you down the road someday.

hello mama..been a long time since I laid you in the ground. I am 47 this year..the same age you were when you found out you had cancer. Yes I am trying to take care of myself and yes I know I have to stay strong for my kids. It has been very hard ya know doing this for all this time without you in my life. I was a brand new mommy when you left this earth. Took me a long time to forgive you and God for that one. You and I often butted heads but it comes from being so much alike. You will always be my hero for raising us three kids and going back to school and doing it all like a trooper every step of the way. It has been over twenty years now. I miss you with every breath I take and always will


hello Daddy. I know you tried to stop the drinking and by the time you found out your liver was failing there wasn't anything anyone could do. I wish that you and mama had not gotten a divorce when I was five. I wish that after you had made it a priority to be in our lives..we were still your kids ya know. I wish my kids could have known you ..the you that you used to be before turning to that bottle all the time but I forgive you for the choices you made in your life. I am your one and only little girl and always will be.



hello my darling mother in law do you need how thankful I was to have you in my life after losing my ma? Do you know what a Godsend you were to me whenever I needed advice on how to this whole parenting thing? You were such a warm, calm and quietly loving woman. I deeply appreciate that you were a part of my life


hello my wonderful father in law. I have always admired and loved you. I have always made sure my boys spent time with you and were close to you. Thank you for all the times you came to visit and we spent time with you. It is was so important in the boys lives especially since your son was hardly around to be their father. I know this bothered you very much but you must forgive him for that..he took that boat job thinking it would be a means of putting a roof over our heads and providing. that was his choice to make. I have such wonderful memories of our time spent with you camping, fishing and going on your boat. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for each one. ha ha yes I know you know I made it to graduate school and I can hear you cheering me on and saying " see I told ya so"
