An how do I know when they was last on line?

can show you who is online at any given time.

Your Friends list will show which of them is online.
Even your returned Search lists will show it.

If they are NOT in Stealth (premium) then next
to their profile name you will see 'last seen
a week ago' or 'last seen over a month ago'
etc., so that can give you some idea.

If they are forum posters you can see when
they last POSTED, which might be indicative.

And, of course, if it said (above) 'last seen
within a day' that could be very helpful to you :-)

you cant really tell when they were on last, if you log on today then log out, someone who views your profile, it will say you were last on 4 days ago.

Some people forget to log out or never do. So a green dot doesn't necessarily mean they are on line. Many times on mobile, I just turn the data off or turn my phone off.

Sometimes I see people online but dont know how to talk to them. How can we make that?
