Topic: What's your favorite 2 or 3 ingredient recipe?

There are lots of shortcut recipes on the internet but what is your favorite? My favorite at the moment: Coffee + Sweetened Condensed Milk ice cubes Mix sweetened condensed milk with coffee (ratio 3 parts coffee to 1 part scm). Pour in ice cube trays and freeze. Enjoy!

Grilled halloumi (Greek Cheese) Sliced vine tomatoes Sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. Nice with a glass of wine and makes a great starter.
