Instead of letting people choose what country, make it so it will tell other people where they are from by the IP, its not rocket sciene making this. That would fix alot of the problem where people say theyre from a country wich they not are.

Sure that would work for those that never travel but if you do and you create the account away from home then it leaves another problem..

And then well there are those that use a proxy and can put them anywhere they want too..

Do you really think people are gonna be sitting behind a proxy or VPN all the time? And even if you travel alot this will solve alot. Using a proxy or VPN slows down your connection alot if you choose a server in example Norway and live in India. I have alot of knowledge with Proxys,vpn and its much easier to pick a false country on Mingle2 then downloading and setting up a Proxy. You can pick a location your born from, but you can also add the LAST 3 locations the IP have been at so people can see if this is person who is moving alot or using a VPN. its very easy finding out if someones behind a proxy or vpn.

I understand and seems Admin is already working on something similar.

Thanks, if this can be fixed im intrested in staying on mingle, because right now i get contacted by people claiming theyre from norway when theyre not, they dont even know the city name.
