Ok, here's a scenario.....date-able or not???
A young person in mid 20's, just starting out life again. Just got a job, getting ready to start college. But, here's the part that makes ya think......he/she lives with his/her parents right now, and helping them in their of sickness and need....does that fact that he/she is living with the parents make them less desirable for dating? |

If someone cares about something like that they aren't worth your time, that's how I feel about it.

no i think the fact that they are helping there parents makes them seem more responsible and caring....and also i think he or she deserves a chance for all of there good deeds

I dont think that would make them less desirable......I would commend anyone who would do that for their parents. Its a hard job.
Now if you want to do a few overnighters at the other person's house then that may be the only option. |

the young person is about 24 and the parents are in BAD shape. one has TIAs everyday and the other's diabetic condition is literally killing them
|

If a woman cannot accept you it simply means she's not for you and you're not for her. Never try convince/rationalize her. It applies to most situations, including yours.
there is nothing wrong with living with parents (unless you are over 30 ;-) |

Take them as they are or dont take them at all...If they are to worried about that then maybe they are not the right person for you...Family first...

i would say date able and a very considerate person a very nice quality you just keep doing what youre doing youll find the right person who will appreciate your attributes ..

Sounds like the parents are ready for a nursing home.....are they your grandparents?

|

|
Or maybe assisted living......check it out in your area. There are places where there are nurses 24/7.

as far as sending them to a nursing home or assisted living facility, OUT OF THE QUESTION. biological mom in a place like that and those places are........i'm just not gonna go there right lol. they happen to be my dad and stepmother

How old are your parents??? Thats a lot to take on by yourself...and not all places are the same.

dad's 57 and stepmom's in her 60s. and my dad would KILL me with his bare hands if i tried to send to a place like that

well they have to get someone in to help them manage......because it is hard on you, and you will burn out....
