I get notification of getting message, but I am unable to find any messages by that user in my inbox. Infact inbox showing outbox messages also.

The most likely scenario is that their account was deactivated during the email process. InBox has all mail now so you can follow all conversations as they stack :-) |

InBox has all mail now so you can follow all conversations as they stack :-) Yuppers happens to me quite a bit.  all so I noticed if you send an out message at the same time they send a message to you. You may have to click on your out message and scroll up. Probably something to do with lag and refresh times.
