Now this will be a touchy subject for some. Im a "alright" attractive male with a lot of qualities that some men dont have. My issue is women look for this guy with specific "characteristics" and when its doesn't workout or the search is hard to find they get aggravated. Lets start with the definition of love.

LOVE

Noun:a deep romantic or sexual attachment to someone.a person or thing that one loves.
Verb:feel a deep romantic or sexual attachment to (someone).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Now in none of those lines is "Love" labeled by height,gender,weight,color,money,cars,clothes,and a house.

Now granted if you cant seem to get interested in a certain color or a person thats a certain age thats OK. However love can lie in places that you least expect it you're not always gonna find it where you want it.

Sometimes you've got to keep your mind open. My relationships have crashed for 3 reasons the woman cheated, used me, or she wasn't ready for a relationship. I dont have a job but i pay my own bills and handle my business. I dont have a car because everywhere i have lived it is cheaper by bus. I dont have my own place because i am unfit to live alone because of the ever growing economy. so tell me how y'all feel. Is it OK? or is it a bad thing to open up a bit more?

You seem to be describing denial.
All your crashes were someone else's fault,
even though you are the common denominator.

You have no car, no job and no abode of your own.
What exactly is the question?

there seem to be two issues here

1.love
2. opening up


as to love, there are too many types to truly put it in a box , BUT, generally(imho), real love is about the desire for joy and health

when we love ourselves this is the goal,, and when we love others it is the hope that they find/have it



as to opening up,,,I believe there is a time and place an a schedule for everything,,,opening up can be positive or negative,, depending upon the intention,,
