Something I have never understood is... How did 20 thousand or so ISIS at the beginning rise up and take HUGE cities? Why did Iraq a few years ago when thier army was entering a city just get out of all their tanks and such and run? leaving them for terrorists to take. How does that happen? I have always been confused about that.
