When you look back on your previous mates or dates, do you see many similarities in the look or personality of the type of person you chose? Have any of you ever explored dating people who were VERY different from what you chose in the oast? A different race or nationality or body type? A different socio/economic group or age range to yours, etc? If you have , did it enhance your dating life in any way? If you havent dated someone different from the kind of person you dated in the past, why havent you? Do you feel that many people are in a dating rut because they avoid anything that feels unfamiliar? |

After this many years, looking back I can see EXACTLY what first drew me to any particular man and it took me a long time to realize it..even though twas the same thing every time. Simple really, I was drawn by sympathy of some kind for each of them. I am very empathetic, so if a guy was getting over a breakup, or lost a job, anything like that, it would draw me. Moth to flame. |

I think many of us women can relate to that soufie. Our nuturing instincts kick in at full speed and then BOOM! We become entangled. What made you change your pattern soufie? |
