Why do i have to feel lonely? It seems like i always need people around me. Even if not talking to me, i just wanna see people. Am i really this isolated? BTW i work in a lab

You need to learn to be happy and content with yourself, there are others out there who are truly sad and unhappy, you have a lot to give and lot to learn about life. Be content with who and what you are and realise you have a lot more than some folk.

can people be sad and lonely without really knowing why? without any reason? is this depression that only a real doctor can address?
