I fart in your general direction. - Monty Python *********************************** I must look 4 it and watch that particular Monty Python episode  I think that is from one of their movies...The Meaning of Life Nope. It's from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It's one of the insults rained down on King Arthur from the battlements of the French Castle. Oh, and I certainly CAN put a flower in an ******* and call it a vase, I just don't care to. I am certainly mature, in many ways. I consider it an aspect of maturity, that I have learned and internalized when it is, and when it is not okay to behave in a childlike manner. I reserve "immature" to refer to the people who have not reached the point where they thoroughly understand how completely responsible for their own choices and behaviors that they are. *************************************** I hope you are right, about the "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" because I searched for " Monty Python and the meaning of life " and ended up on some hilarious series. The vase pic shows you I also haven't mature enough yet . It is my funny bone holding me back in my childhood stretcher. The rest on maturity is just me being curious hoe others seeing it . I think maturity is overrated  *************************************** I am holding on to my statement I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS But I also know how and when to respect others I wonder if we ever grow up ??

Pbbbbbffffffttttttt ************************************ Is that's how you feel ??...Pbbbbbffffffttttttt.....??? For me was Hell with it, I have enough.... I never felt it this way, I felt it much much worst. That's when it struck me like a lightening. Since then I turned my whole concept/s of life around and honestly ?? I live a wonderful life

I make mature decisions every day. Serious stuff. Affects a lot of people. I live a very mature life. but I think it important to have a balance.. a outlet. And for me, and when the right opportunity arises, I use humor. I find that levels out most everything.. for me, anyway.

Even at 65 ..WHO CARES .. I work also with people daily , members & customers, etc, ( When I work my days or nights ) and have to make mature & responsible decisions. I take it very serious when at it. That's why my balance hides behind the statement of. " I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS "

I never really got the "act your age" thing, and if there was a book out there that I don't know about that details how each of us should be at a certain age, I would most likely laugh and pick it apart.
I only know that I am me, imperfections and all. I take responsibility for my choices and behavior in life and I embrace the inner child in me, both the child-like qualities and the childish parts(the part of me that's still a work in progress). |

I find out lately that just by being here on M2 helps me let my inner child like spirit out and free. Except when " cireton " is around, I'M GETTING ANNOYED & FRUSTRATED

In my opinion, but I can be wrong, maturity can show wisdom and/or experience. But then again, one doesn't have to be wise to show maturity...It can be shown by being kind, polite, respectful, humble, and/or gratitude. That's how I see it when I show maturity.
