Is mine okay, or do I need to get a better one? |

Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing about mine. I think any REAL picture is good enough, but I'm sure somebody has tips for the best kind to put up on here.

think of it like advertising.... You wouldn't put up a billboard with plain black letters on a white background right? It's the first impression you are putting out there so you have to make it "catchy" if you will...
