Which thing are best love marriage or arranged marriage.

What if you fall in love with the person you were arranged to marry?

This was discussed before and many in countries with arranged marriages explained that mostly ppl get to choose their partner. There's 2 systems of arranged marriage. One that allows you to choose, and one that doesn't.

I think in many cases an arranged marriage is easier, steadier, because there is no 'in love' involved. You know you cannot divorce, so you just go with the flow, or bear and grin with it. I think ppl in those countries are reared to deal with such things in a different way than us Westerners as well.
I think women are taught to be more obedient, demure, the man makes decisions and that's it.
Westerners don't work that way.

What is best? Depends what you define as "best"? Best chances of staying together forever? Best chances of being happy? Best chances for personal growth? Best chances of experiencing true love?
Best what???

Best chances for personal growth, being happy, experiencing true love, you'll find in a non-arranged marriage. If it will last depends largely on your own input and growth. But in a way it doesn't matter if it will last, as you have the choice. The choice to have happiness, whether that is in or out of that relationship.
If an arrange marriage makes you totally unhappy, you have no choice. It will still last till death do you part, but what good is that if you're not happy and not loving?

It's natural for people to want freedom, freedom of choice I mean. It's natural to want to be happy and to love. Arranged marriage doesn't offer any of that.
So what is best? Having the guts to take your freedom and go for love, happiness. Means you have to take responsibility for you though, that's why it takes guts. You cannot simply rely on the system, you got to take care of you, even when that means going for divorce.
If you cannot handle that responsibility for yourself, you are better of in an arranged marriage. Nice and easy and safe.

They aren't mutually exclusive.

Other than that, you can fall in love with anyone you find remotely sexually attractive. You can find anyone remotely sexually attractive if you don't realistically have any alternatives.
