Is this worse than a comedian with a bloody mask?

http://nypost.com/2017/06/08/burning-man-dragged-and-kicked-by-cops-is-identified/

I watched it more than just once, hoping maybe they are trying to stomp out the fire, but you see with the first kick the man go down and with every other kick his body moves, and it is much more of a kick than a stomp,,,,some people should not be wearing a uniform, smh

This can be a learning experience.
Never flee from the police.
Never kick someone when they are on fire.

except this person did not 'flee' anywhere, except a fire, and he was already on the ground when kicked and had committed no crime

"The fleeing driver crashed into a utility pole several blocks away, causing a fire and injuring Feliz".

You might want to read the story.whoa

"The fleeing driver crashed into a utility pole several blocks away, causing a fire and injuring Feliz."
"“Our investigators have reviewed the video and we believe with certainty that this man is the bystander from West New York who suffered burns, not Leo Pinkston, the individual pursued by police,” said Raymond Worrall"

They got the wrong guy, but still, kicking is not acceptable. Police do have intense training on how to deal with situations like this one. This one is not acceptable.

Yes? Seeing as it's "real" life with fire, and prison sentences, and property damage, and investigations, and taxpayer money, and all sorts of things other than a comedian posting a photo?

The video isn't all that clear.

I see the cop kick the guy to the ground, another cop seems to be kicking his hands, or what's in the victims hands away, to stretch them out front, one cop seems to be kicking/stomping/pushing the victims butt down to the ground, the other "stomping" or kicking is unclear whether it's actually on the guy or past the guy towards the far side towards the fire, or if it's actually kicking or stomping at all, then they drag him into the street away from the fire.

Too many dancing shadows, poor lighting, and poor camera angle.

the victim was already on the ground, only up on his arms, until he was kicked and his arms collapsed,,,,

Not sure why this is being compared. Oh well. Both are wrong but maybe on different levels

I agree with tom that it isn't clear but from what I have read, the pd is taking action and looking into it. So not sure the point

I don't agree with either. That is what an investigation and trial is for. Even if these cops aren't convicted and it wasn't as it seems....it will still be in their jacket.

kicking

stomping

the movements dont quite look similar, one requires the leg to go backward and forward

the other requires the leg to go upward and then downward

and there is nothing in fire safety that mentions hands out in order to control being on fire, in fact, I Think a person is supposed to be moving and rolling,,,
